Monday Bentos

Maybe it's already an ingrained habit, which I picked up in Japan. Or maybe I am just trying to be more conscious of my diet.

I started this mini project of mine some weeks back, preparing bentos every Sunday night for Monday lunches. I used to prepare bentos every weekday while I was in Japan, after I got quite bored of the cold school bento lunches which I can pre-order the day before.
